Del has been ordained as a Teaching Elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) since 1986. Prior to joining MTS, he has served as an assistant pastor, solo pastor, church planter, and was the director of chaplains at Arkansas Children’s Hospital for 18 years.

John serves as the State Capitol Minister in Trenton, New jersey. Previously, he worked as lawyer, Campus Ministry Director, Associate Pastor, and Senior Pastor. John is gratefully married to Nevine and together they have five children.

George Sayour is one of the newer members of Ministry to State, as he will transition in summer 2025 from his role as Senior Pastor at Meadowview Reformed Presbyterian Church in Lexington, NC, to State Capitol Minister of MTS-Florida, taking over for Jonathan Craig.

Dave Stadler currently serves as the Chaplain for the Maryland General Assembly and has served with MTS since 2023.

After serving with Ministry To State in Washington, D.C. from 2019-2024, Will Stockdale returned to his home state of Texas to serve with All Saints Presbyterian Church in Austin and to launch MTS-Texas.

Ron has served as the State Capitol Minister in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania since 2021. Previously, he served in various pastoral roles and has been ordained in the Presbyterian Church in America since 1995.

Matt Leitzen currently serves as Senior Pastor of Resurrection Presbyterian Church in Madison, Wisconsin and is currently developing ministry to the Wisconsin state capital in partnership with Ministry to State.
Pastor Michael Philliber is the Senior Pastor of Heritage Presbyterian Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where he helps coordinate the state capitol ministry with MTS.
Matt Wiley is the Senior Pastor of Shawnee Presbyterian Church in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He helps co-lead the ongoing ministry to the Oklahoma State Capitol along with Rev. Casey Shutt.
Casey Shutt is the Senior Pastor of Kings Cross Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Along with Rev. Matt Wiley, Casey helps lead the ministry to the Oklahoma State Legislature that helped launch Ministry to State.
