ABOUT THE D.C. MINISTRY
Washington is not just the home of our nation’s capital, but also of numerous think tanks and international agencies. It is a unique place with an enormous influence on the flourishing of peoples all across the world.
Through its ministry, MTS-Washington reaches believers, seekers, and skeptics alike with a holistic, Scripturally informed vision of worship and public service.
WHAT WE DO
Many of our ministers hold regular office hours to meet with and care for you. If you are interested in meeting with one of our ministers, you can contact them below.
Ministry to State-Washington, D.C. offers Bible studies in various offices across the city. Please note, because of security measures in the departments, some studies may only be available for employees of that particular office.
In addition to in-person ministries, Ministry to State offers online resources for those serving in government including devotionals, podcasts, articles, and more.

Commons is MTS’s summer ministry to interns, providing a community for believers, seekers, skeptics, and anyone in between. We meet each Tuesday in the summer from 6:30-8:30 p.m. for dinner and conversation as well as Bible studies and bringing in speakers to share about their life, work, and faith.
All interns from all offices are welcome. You do not need to sign up in advance.
Commons 2021 is currently over. Please check back later for details about Commons 2022!
