Providing Ministry to Latin-American Diplomats and Emerging Leaders

About
Our focus is on the diplomatic community and next generation Latino leaders in the US and Latin America. We lead small groups, provide mentorship and walk alongside them. We also look for ways to connect the local church to these influential friends.

Meet Carlos & Cory Dimas

Originally from El Salvador, Carlos and Cory Dimas bring over 3o years of ministry experience to the Latin American ministry. Together, they build relationships with leaders from Central America and with the diplomatic community in Washington D.C., creating a welcoming space to provide care, mentorship, and hospitality to these leaders. Many of the diplomats that Carlos and Cory serve in D.C. go on to become national leaders in their home countries.
Over the years, Cory has developed a significant ministry to women in the diplomatic community, serving female ambassadors and the wives of diplomats. She is also the author of Pasito de Fe (Step of Faith), an introduction to the gospel written for Latinos.
Carlos has worked in various pastoral roles and currently serves on staff with Emanuel Presbyterian Church in Arlington, Virginia as the outreach directory, in addition to his work with Ministry To State. He frequently serves as a translator for various ministries.

Carlos and Cory have two grown children and live in Arlington, Virginia.
